In the longrange multiecho categories IBEO and SICK provide ltheir own laserscanners which have the same features and characteristics. We carry all range of SICK LD-MRS laserscanners and so wanted to see if there are any differences between the two. In this blog post we will do a model comparison of both brands.

This shows that the SICK LD-MRS series laserscanner with S01 extension correspond with the IBEO laserscanners. While IBEO has one more laser scanner the IBEO miniLUX. In future blog posts we will be writing more about the potential uses for autonomous robotics of the SICK LD-MRS laser scanner with built in object tracking features. This feature is especially helpful for the autonomous cars applications.
